Elisabetta Fiocchi Malaspina is Assistant Professor of Legal History at University of Zurich. She specialises in the history of international and national political law. Her recent publications include “Entangled international and national legal orders in the long 19th century” (with Cahen et al., 2022), L’utile giusto. Il binomio economia e diritto per l’avvocato Giacomo Giovanetti (1787-1849)(2020), and Historical Perspectives on Property and Land Law (with Simona Tarozzi, 2019).
